Services and goods:
The Lee’s Bingo software requires a digital registration code to enable all features of the software.
The registration code will only work with the version of the software for which the registration code is designed.
Price:
The full price of goods and services is shown and is valid at the time of payment only.
All prices are in UK pounds sterling.
Any conversions shown in different currencies are approximations only.
Delivery:
Delivery of digital registration code for bingo software is by e-mail only and there is no extra charge for this.
Delivery of any other goods is via a variety of mail carriers and any charges will be shown at the checkout.

Collection in person is not permissible.
Minimum order value:
There is a minimum order value £1.00
Weights:
All weights are approximate.
Payment:
Payments can be made by any of the options shown at the checkout and all payments must be made in advance.
Cheques and postal orders should be sent to the address above.
Please note that we cannot take orders or payments by telephone.
Cancellation, returns and refunds for services (digital registration code):
Online payments
After your online payment has been completed you will be sent a registration link via e-mail.
You may cancel your order and ask for a full refund only before you complete your registration.
You should contact us via e-mail to request a full refund.
If you use the registration link and complete your registration then you will no longer have the right to cancel your order.
Once your registration details are in our database you are deemed to have completed your registration.
Cheques and postal orders
If paying by cheque or postal order you will be sent an e-mail with your registration code when payment has been cleared.
You can cancel your order only before your registration e-mail has been sent.
You should contact us via e-mail to cancel your order.
Cancellation, returns and refunds for goods (tickets, pens, kits):
If you are not completely satisfied with your order a full refund will be given.
You should return all goods within 30 working days to the address above.
All goods should be returned unused and packed safely.
Return postage must be paid for by you unless the goods are faulty.
Please attach a note with your returned items stating your name and order/reference number.
