Q1. Can I use the same registration code on two computers ?
A. Yes. Each registration code allows you to register the software on up to two computers. If you wish to register on more than 2 computers then please purchase further registration codes.
Q2. Can I use ready made bingo tickets with Lee’s Bingo V.5 ?
A. You can use ready made tickets but you will have to check the winning tickets manually.
The automatic ticket verification feature will only work with tickets that are printed using the software.
Q3. Can I print the tickets using one computer and call the numbers on a different computer ?
A. For automatic ticket verification I recommend that you use the same computer for printing, calling & checking.
However, if you are using V.4.2 (or above) then copying the “Ticket Data” folder (found in My Documents\Lees Bingo) would allow you to use different computers for printing, calling & checking.
Q4. Will the registration code I have for Lee’s Bingo V.4 (or earlier) work with Lee’s Bingo V.5 ?
A. No, the registration system has been changed. A new code needs to be purchased to use the latest software. See the update policy.
Q5. I need to reformat my computer. Can I make a backup of the ticket data, session manager data and voice files that I have created ?
A. Yes you can. Look in \My Documents\Lees Bingo and copy the Ticket Data, Session Manager Data, and Voices folders to your backup device. When you re-install the software make sure you enter your registration details before copying the above files back to their correct location.
Q6. Do you guarantee that all the tickets will be different ?
A. Because the tickets are randomly generated I can’t guarantee that you won’t get duplicate tickets.
Q7. Can I mix large sized tickets with standard sized tickets ?
A. Absolutely.
Q8. How many tickets can be printed ?
A. The maximum amount of tickets that can be printed is 99999.
Q9. Will storing the ticket data eat up all my HDD space?
A. Storing the data for 99999 tickets will use 5.78 MB of HDD space.
Q10. What happens when I reach the 99999 ticket limit. Does the bingo stop working ?
A. No it doesn’t stop working but you will need to delete some (or all) of the stored ticket data. Of course, you can delete the ticket data at any time, like before printing tickets for a new session.
Q11. Do you supply the bingo on CD ?
A. Currently, it’s only available to download.
Q12. Must I have the .NET framework 3.5 installed ?
A. Yes the framework needs to be installed. Lee’s Bingo V.5 will check your computer for you and prompt you to download it (from Microsoft) if you don’t have it, or you can download it with the .NET framework included.
Q13. What resolutions can I run the bingo at ?
A. I recommend 1024*768 or higher.
Q14. Can your software tell me when somebody has won and stop the game automatically ?
A. No, it’s up to the player to call bingo and stop the game.
Q15. Can I get the software in any other languages ?
A. The latest version is only available in English.
Q16. When I print tickets using my Lexmark Z617 printer I only see half of 6 tickets (also happens with other Lexmark printers). Any ideas ?
A. This issue only affected users of version 4 of the software. Make sure you are using the latest printer driver. Also see the ReadMe (found in ‘\My Documents\Lees Bingo’) for a workaround.
Are there any other games of luck, that one can play online?
Yes, there are. The most popular would definitely be poker - and some of its variations, such as Texas Holdem, Omaha and Seven Card Stud Poker.
