Delivery
All orders for goods (tickets, pens, kits) are delivered to UK mainland only.
Delivery address:
All orders can only be delivered to the cardholders address.
Delivery costs:
Delivery costs are calculated from the weight of your order (all weights are approximate).
The price is automatically calculated for you and is shown in the shopping cart.
- Up to 250g = £1.99
- Up to 750g = £2.99
- Up to 1250g = £4.99
- Up to 1750g = £5.99
- Over 1750g = £7.99
- Orders of £75.00 and above will be free delivery
Delivery methods:
Different carriers are used depending on order value.
- Orders up to 1750g will be delivered by Royal Mail (1st class)
- All other orders will be delivered either via Royal Mail or 48 hour courier and may require a signature upon delivery
Despatch times:
We aim to despatch your goods no later than 2 working days after you place your order (Mon - Fri excluding public holidays).
If we cannot despatch within this time you will be notified via email.
Despatch confirmation:
Once your goods have been despatched you will be notified via email.
This will include a tracking number if available.
Delivery times:
Your goods should reach you within 3 working days after the posting date.
Please wait at least 7 working days before contacting us about non-delivery.
