If you e-mail me about software, payment or registration problems and you receive no reply, please check your spam folder, check that your e-mail address is correct or your message rules or ISP are not blocking my mails.
I have had several customers who have e-mailed me because of registration problems but my reply to them is returned as address unknown, time-outs or the customer doesn’t reply probably because my message has been filtered as spam. This makes me look very bad and makes the customer very unhappy as they think I’ve ripped them off !
Please try to contact me again using a different e-mail address (maybe from your home address or a friends address) or even try direct contact using Messenger.
Please remember, I reply to all genuine e-mails.
